Dr Mitchell O.Junior
MBBS BSc (Hons) PGCert Med Ed PCBT (Foundation)
Co-Founder, Chairman, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Head of Projects and Mentoring Team
Dr Mitchell is a Clinical Educator, trainee strengths-based practitioner in neurodiversity & inclusion, graduate from King’s College London and a Youth Mental Health Fist Aider. Dr Mitchell is a proud Maths private tutor with 18 years’ experience. In addition to 3 degrees, Dr Mitchell also has level 3 diplomas in Child and Adolescent Psychology and a British Psychological Society approved Level 1 certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Dr Mitchell has a longstanding interest in widening accessibility, inclusive practice and wellbeing both in the higher education and healthcare sectors.

Elizabeth "Beth" Simpson
Deputy Head Trustee, Secretary, Head of the Neurodiversity Youth Advocate Programmes, and Staff Management Lead
Elizabeth "Beth" is a Law graduate from the University of East London. Beth has numerous years of experience in working in school supervision in after hour events.

Samuel "Sam" Hickson
Head of Fundraising & Neurodiversity Awareness Street Clinics, Treasurer
Samuel has a Bachelor of Business and Master of Event Management. He has over 10 years experience in Event and Operational Management, particularly in the sports sector. Samuel has used these skills to run fundraisers for disability service providers and mental health charities in the past and in his current role has advocated for inclusivity including founding the first Sensory Room.

Brian Martin
Trustee and Head of Marketing
Brian is a senior marketing leader with over a decade of experiences owning growth and go-to market delivery.
As a Trustee and head of marketing at M2 SPED Awareness, he is accountable for setting marketing strategy and translating programme delivery into clear, evidence, structure, and funding readiness to support sustainable, governed growth.
His role supports the organisation's progression from demonstrator charity into a sustainable national model, ensuring that growth is evidence led, replicable and aligned to delivery quality and organisational governance
