Dr Mitchell O.Junior

Co-founder, Chairman, Designated Safeguarding Lead, Head of Projects & Mentoring
Dr Mitchell is a Clinical Educator, strengths-based neurodiversity & inclusion practitioner, graduate from King's College London and a Youth Mental Health First Aider. Dr Mitchell is a proud Maths private tutor with 19 years' experience. In addition to 3 degrees, Dr Mitchell also has level 3 diplomas in Child and Adolescent Psychology and British Psychological Society approved Level 1 certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Dr Mitchell has a longstanding interest in widening accessibility, inclusive practice and wellbeing both in the higher education & healthcare sectors.
Elizabeth "Beth" Simpson
Deputy Head Trustee, Secretary, Head of the Neurodiversity Youth Advocate Programmes, and Staff Management Lead
Elizabeth "Beth" is a Law graduate from the University of East London. Beth has numerous years of experience in working in school supervision in after hour events. As a Trustee and head of Neurodiversity Youth Advocate Programmes, she is responsible for keeping the session topics up-to-date with current evidence-based discussions surrounding neurodiversity and neuroinclusive practice. Beth has championed and led the addition of perspectives of parents, employers, employees and educators as well as Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD) into our programme curriculum.
Samuel "Sam" Hickson
Head of Neurodiversity Awareness Events & Fundraising, Treasurer
Samuel has a Bachelor of Business and Master of Event Management. He has over 10 years experience in Event and Operational Management, particularly in the sports sector. Samuel has used these skills to run fundraisers for disability service providers and mental health charities in the past and has advocated for inclusivity including founding the first Sensory Room in one of his previous roles.
Cristina Noriega
Head of Marketing
Cristina is a global marketing, research and programme leader with 15+ years of
owning complex, multi-market initiatives across corporate and client-facing environments.
She is a recognised leader of high-impact global initiatives combining strategic thinking with disciplined execution to ensure programmes achieve measurable impact and long-term value.
Cristina has been involved in ERG (Employee Resource Groups) in different capacities across her career, through DEI research, Women health awareness, etc.
She is now combining these 2 areas in her trustee role.
