Our Charity's Core Values

At M² SPED Awareness, our 3 core values are not simply organisational principles!
They are commitments that guide the acitons, decisions, and behaviours of every Neurodiversity Youth Advocate, Trustee, Volunteers and Staff. Regardless of role, we are united by a shared responsibility to embody these values in the way we serve our community.
Value 1: Human-centred and Empathic Leadership
Value 2: Continous Learning and Development
Value 3: Knowledge and Problem-Solving

People before Processes
Every Neurodiversity Youth Advocate and team member of the charity leads with empathy, compassion, and respect.
We recognise the value in individuality and strengths, and we give a voice to the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals.
Through fostering and championing psychologically safe and inclusive environments, we make a difference.
Commitment to Lifelong Learning
Recognising meaningful inclusion requires continual reflection, growth and adaptation. Our Neurodiversity Youth Advocates and team members of our charity actively develop their knowledge and skills to make an impact through training, reflective practice, collaboration, and engagmement with current evidence and lived experiences.
Creating Meaningful and Sustainable Change
Our Neurodiversity Youth Advocates and team are empowered to deliver “quality over quantity” work with integrity and accountability for decisions and actions.
We work towards quality through the use of evidence, impact, and key performance indicators to celebrate successes and identify growth opportunities to foster a more inclusive world for neurodivergent individuals in education.
